背景技術(shù)
風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)根據(jù)主軸安裝方位分為水平軸和垂直軸,迄今為止應(yīng)用較為普遍的 是水平軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)。水平軸發(fā)電機(jī)盡管應(yīng)用普遍,但結(jié)構(gòu)上存在一些問題,如需要 偏航、對槳等迎風(fēng)和控制迎風(fēng)面增大阻力差的結(jié)構(gòu),這使發(fā)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、占用零部 件多且容易造成故障。基于水平軸發(fā)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷,近年來,垂直軸發(fā)電機(jī)技術(shù)發(fā)展 迅速,應(yīng)用日益廣泛。垂直軸發(fā)電機(jī)可通過對葉片結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),增大風(fēng)阻力,提高 風(fēng)阻力差,使風(fēng)機(jī)即使在較低的風(fēng)速下仍可以正常啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行,無需偏航、變漿裝置,因 而結(jié)構(gòu)相對簡單。垂直軸發(fā)電機(jī)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是葉片結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),葉片形狀優(yōu)劣直接影響其 啟動(dòng)性能和風(fēng)能利用效率。目前,垂直軸發(fā)電機(jī)存有升力型葉片自起動(dòng)性能差、低風(fēng)速 發(fā)電性能差,阻力型風(fēng)能利用效率低等問題,因此優(yōu)化葉片結(jié)構(gòu)是解決上述問題的關(guān)鍵 所在。

發(fā)明內(nèi)容
本發(fā)明用于克服已有技術(shù)的缺陷而提供一種能量轉(zhuǎn)換利用率高、低風(fēng)速發(fā)電性 能優(yōu)良的具有較高風(fēng)能利用效率的垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)。本發(fā)明所稱問題是由以下技術(shù)方案解決的
一種具有較高風(fēng)能利用效率的垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),構(gòu)成中包括中心柱、葉片和橫撐 桿,各葉片垂直設(shè)置,它們相對中心柱軸線均勻分布,葉片由橫撐桿連接中心柱,其特 別之處是所述各葉片的截面形狀相同,所述葉片截形的一側(cè)為鉤狀端、且鉤狀端朝外 設(shè)置。所述葉片截形輪廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q> P-R四條曲線組成,四條曲線由下述參 數(shù)確定

將上述各曲線坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)用曲線連接起來,即得到葉片截形輪廓。上述具有較高風(fēng)能利用效率的垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),所述橫撐桿的截面形狀與葉 片的截面形狀相同,所述橫撐桿鉤狀端朝上設(shè)置。上述具有較高風(fēng)能利用效率的垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),所述葉片數(shù)目》。本發(fā)明針對提高垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)風(fēng)能利用率及低風(fēng)速發(fā)電性能等問題進(jìn)行了 改進(jìn),提供了一種全新結(jié)構(gòu)的垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),所述風(fēng)機(jī)通過對葉片及橫撐桿截形的 優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),可明顯增大風(fēng)阻力,提高風(fēng)阻力差,尤其是風(fēng)機(jī)在較低風(fēng)速下的發(fā)電能力可 大幅度提高。對比試驗(yàn)表明,與同類垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)相比,本發(fā)明低風(fēng)速時(shí)發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā) 電電壓提高近10倍,高風(fēng)速時(shí)發(fā)電電壓提高50%以上?;谏鲜鎏攸c(diǎn),本發(fā)明在垂直 軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。

具體實(shí)施例方式參看圖1、圖2,本發(fā)明是一種對葉片及橫撐桿進(jìn)行全新設(shè)計(jì)的垂直軸大風(fēng)力發(fā) 電機(jī),其構(gòu)成中包括中心柱1、葉片3和橫撐桿2,各葉片垂直設(shè)置,它們相對中心柱軸 線均勻分布,葉片由橫撐桿連接中心柱。本發(fā)明葉片3的截面形狀與橫撐桿2的截面形狀 相同,葉片截形的一側(cè)為一鉤狀端3-1,葉片及橫撐桿安裝時(shí),葉片鉤狀端的鉤部朝外設(shè) 置、橫撐桿鉤狀端的鉤部端朝上設(shè)置,葉片的鉤狀端端部與葉片的鉤狀端端部接合。本 發(fā)明風(fēng)機(jī)葉片數(shù)目>2,圖示為5葉片,葉片通常使用2-12片。參看圖3,本發(fā)明葉片2及橫撐桿的截形輪廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q、P-R四條曲 線組成封閉曲線,其中O點(diǎn)和R點(diǎn)為截形的兩個(gè)端點(diǎn)。上述四條曲線由下述參數(shù)確定 參看圖4,建立平面直角坐標(biāo)系,以所述葉片及橫撐桿截形輪廓的一端O點(diǎn)為坐標(biāo)原點(diǎn), 將各曲線由相應(yīng)X、Y值確定的坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)用光滑曲線連接,即得到葉片及橫撐桿截形輪廓曲 線。上述X值和Y值具有相同的長度單位。上述截形輪廓曲線是經(jīng)過對葉片、橫撐桿翼型氣動(dòng)性能研究、計(jì)算、模擬和反 復(fù)試驗(yàn)得出,采用該葉片、橫撐桿翼型,可以明顯增大風(fēng)阻力,提高風(fēng)阻力差,尤其是 在較低風(fēng)速下的發(fā)電能力可以大幅度提高。以下給出一組對比數(shù)據(jù)

對于不同規(guī)格的風(fēng)機(jī),將上述坐標(biāo)值參數(shù)比例放大或縮小而生產(chǎn)的葉片及橫撐 桿截形亦可以實(shí)現(xiàn)本發(fā)明目的,故均落入本發(fā)明的保護(hù)范圍中。

一種具有較高風(fēng)能利用效率的垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),構(gòu)成中包括中心柱、葉片和橫撐桿,各葉片垂直設(shè)置,它們相對中心柱軸線均勻分布,葉片由橫撐桿連接中心柱,改進(jìn)后,所述各葉片的截形輪廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q、P-R四條曲線組成,所述葉片截形的一側(cè)為鉤狀端,鉤狀端朝外設(shè)置。本發(fā)明通過對葉片及橫撐桿截形的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),可明顯增大風(fēng)阻力,提高風(fēng)阻力差,尤其是風(fēng)機(jī)在較低風(fēng)速下的發(fā)電能力可大幅度提高。對比試驗(yàn)表明,與同類垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)相比,本發(fā)明低風(fēng)速時(shí)發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā)電電壓提高近10倍,高風(fēng)速時(shí)發(fā)電電壓提高50%以上。
