本發(fā)明公開了一種含有黑木耳多糖的保健飲料,由以下質(zhì)量百分含量的組分制成:3~6%黑木耳多糖,1~2%梨汁,1~3%果葡糖漿,3~5%白砂糖,1~2%檸檬酸,0.03~0.05%維生素C,0.1~0.3%?;撬?,0.03~0.05%賴氨酸,0.005~0.007%維生素B6,0.00001~0.00002%維生素B12,0.01~0.015%肌醇,0.01~0.015%咖啡因,0.007~0.008%煙酰胺,0.03~0.05%穩(wěn)定劑,0.03~0.05%品質(zhì)改良劑,余量為純化水。本發(fā)明配方合理科學(xué),風(fēng)味佳,口感好,具有增強(qiáng)免疫力、緩解疲勞等保健功效,且久置不渾濁沉淀、不褐變,色澤穩(wěn)定性好。
