本發(fā)明提供波形峰值檢測方法及裝置,獲取原始數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分段得到各分段數(shù)據(jù);將分段數(shù)據(jù)中大于兩倍分段數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的數(shù)據(jù)確定為分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的待判斷數(shù)據(jù);對(duì)分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的待判斷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行曲線擬合,得到分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的曲線函數(shù);提取分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的曲線函數(shù)的極大值點(diǎn)作為分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的峰值點(diǎn);根據(jù)各分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的峰值點(diǎn)確定原始數(shù)據(jù)的峰值。由于通過分段及將分段數(shù)據(jù)中大于兩倍分段數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的數(shù)據(jù)確定為分段數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)的待判斷數(shù)據(jù)的方式可以降低對(duì)硬件資源的需求,因此,能夠提高檢測效率。
