5.一種權(quán)利要求1~4任一項(xiàng)所述熱鍍鋅板的生產(chǎn)方法,包括以下步驟:鐵水預(yù)處理→轉(zhuǎn)爐→RH精煉→板坯澆注→鋼坯精整→板坯加熱→粗軋→精軋→精軋后卷曲→熱軋卷開卷→熱軋卷焊接→酸洗→冷軋→冷軋后卷曲→冷硬卷開卷→冷硬卷焊接→清洗→退火→熱鍍鋅→光整→拉矯→鈍化→涂油→卷曲成鋼卷,其特征在于,工藝中控制如下參數(shù):
熱軋階段,板坯加熱溫度為1150-1200℃,終軋溫度為910-930℃,
精軋后,層流冷卻階段采用后段稀疏冷卻,出精軋機(jī)組鋼板弛豫冷卻15~35s,
精軋后卷曲溫度為670-710℃,卷曲后進(jìn)入保溫坑保溫,出保溫坑的溫度控制在350-400℃,再冷卻至室溫。
6.根據(jù)權(quán)利要求5所述的熱鍍鋅板的生產(chǎn)方法,其特征在于:退火溫度采用705~715℃;退火后采用光整工藝,光整延伸率為0.8-1.6%。
