本發(fā)明涉及一種高耐磨合金鋼制備方法,該合金鋼的配料重量百分比是,0.45?0.52%的碳,0.24?0.25%的硅,0.3?0.35%的錳,0.3?0.5%的鉻,0.6?1.0%的鎳,0.42%的銅,0.02%的鋯,0.01%的鈧,0.05%的銻,0.03%的鉬,0.06%的鈷,0.08%的礬,0.6%的鎢,0.0001%的鈦,0.003%的硼余量為鐵。通過正火過程獲取大量的珠光基體,并通過選擇鹽浴等溫淬火,使合金鋼的奧氏體轉(zhuǎn)變成下貝氏體組織,使得合金硬度、耐磨性能及表面耐熱性能均得到很大的提高。
