本發(fā)明涉及一種式I化合物的制備方法,該方法包括a)將式II化合物與一種氯化劑反應(yīng),或者b1)先將式IV化合物以游離或一種鹽的形式與式V化合物反應(yīng),且b2)接下來(lái)將由此得到的式II化合物,經(jīng)或不經(jīng)中間分離,與一種氯化劑反應(yīng)。本發(fā)明還涉及本方法中用到的中間產(chǎn)品,這些產(chǎn)品的使用以及這些中間產(chǎn)品的制備方法。
其中X是CH或N,Y是NO2或CN,Z是CHR3、O、NR3或S,R1和R2或者每一個(gè)單獨(dú)為H或者未取代或R4取代的烷基,或者合在一起是一個(gè)二元或三元的鏈烯橋,或者是一個(gè)其中的一元被雜元取代的二元或三元鏈烯橋,該雜元可選自NRs、O或S,R3是氫或者未取代或R4取代的烷基,R4是一個(gè)未取代或取代的芳基或雜芳基,以及R5是H或烷基。
其中X、Y、Z、R1和R2的定義如式I,n是0、1或2,R6是未取代或R8取代的烷基、未取代或R8取代的鏈烯基、未取代或R8取代的炔基、環(huán)烷基、未取代或取代的芳基、雜芳基、SR7、(亞烷基)SH或(亞烷基)SR7,R7是未取代或R4取代的烷基、未取代或R4取代的鏈烯基、未取代或R4取代的炔基、環(huán)烷基、未取代或取代的芳基、雜芳基或一個(gè)式III的基團(tuán)。
其中X、Y、Z、R1和R2的定義如式II,和R8是一個(gè)未取代或取代的芳基或雜芳基,-COOH,-COOM,其中M是一種堿金屬,或者-COO-C1-C8-烷基,
其中R6和n的定義如式II中,且無(wú)論堿是否存在,X1均為一個(gè)離去基團(tuán),
式V是已知的化合物,或者可通過(guò)眾所周知的方法制備,且其中R1、R2、X、Y和Z的定義如式I中。
現(xiàn)有制備式I化合物的方法需要特別是2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑作為起始原料。但是后者為直接接觸性有害物質(zhì),因此需要用無(wú)害的化合物代替該化合物。通過(guò)本發(fā)明的制備方法已實(shí)現(xiàn)該目的。
除非另外說(shuō)明,此前和此后用到的通用術(shù)語(yǔ)均有以下含義除非另外說(shuō)明,含碳基團(tuán)和化合物,每一種都包括1到8(包括在內(nèi)),優(yōu)選1到6(包括在內(nèi)),特別為1到4(包括在內(nèi)),尤其是1或2個(gè)碳原子。
優(yōu)選鹵素為氯或溴。
烷基——本身是一個(gè)基團(tuán),也可作為其它基團(tuán)和化合物例如烷氧基、烷基硫基的結(jié)構(gòu)元素——在各種情況下,均應(yīng)考慮相應(yīng)基團(tuán)或化合物中所含碳原子的個(gè)數(shù),其可以是直鏈的,如甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基,也可以是支鏈的,如異丙基、異丁基,仲丁基,叔丁基,異戊基,新戊基或異己基。
鏈烯基和炔基可以是直鏈的或者支鏈的,每一個(gè)含有二個(gè)或者優(yōu)選一個(gè)不飽和的碳-碳鍵。這些取代基的雙或叁鍵被化合物II的剩余部分隔開(kāi),優(yōu)選至少被一個(gè)飽和碳原子隔開(kāi)。實(shí)例包括烯丙基、甲代烯丙基、丁-2-烯基、丁-3-烯基、炔丙基、丁-2-炔基和丁-3-炔基。
環(huán)烷基是環(huán)丙基、環(huán)丁基、環(huán)戊基或者環(huán)己基,優(yōu)選環(huán)丙基。
亞烷基——本來(lái)為基團(tuán),也可作為其它基團(tuán)和化合物如(亞烷基)SR7的結(jié)構(gòu)元素——在各種情況下,均應(yīng)考慮相應(yīng)基團(tuán)或化合物中所含的碳原子個(gè)數(shù),其可以是直鏈的,如-CH2CH2-、-CH2CH2CH2-或者-CH2CH2CH2CH2-,也可以是支鏈的,如-CH(CH3)-、-CH(C2H5)-、-C(CH3)2-、-CH(CH3)CH2-或者-CH(CH3)CH(CH3)-,并且其也可為亞甲基。
芳基可以是苯基或萘基,特別是苯基。
雜芳基是有1到3個(gè)雜原子的5-7元芳環(huán),該雜原子可選自N,O或S。優(yōu)選是含一個(gè)N雜原子的五元和六元芳環(huán),并且如果需要,其還可再含一個(gè)雜原子,優(yōu)選為N或S,特別是N。
取代芳基和雜芳基優(yōu)選用1至3個(gè)取代基取代,該取代基可選自鹵素、NO2、CN、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、鹵代-C1-C4烷基和鹵代-C1-C4烷氧基。優(yōu)選未取代或單取代的,特別是未取代的芳基和雜芳基。
根據(jù)本發(fā)明用于制備相應(yīng)的式I化合物的優(yōu)選的起始原料是(1)一種式II化合物,其中X是N;(2)一種式II化合物,其中Y是NO2;(3)一種式II化合物,其中Z是CHR3或NR3,優(yōu)選NR3;(4)一種式II化合物,其中R1和R2一起是帶有或不帶有選自NR5、O和S雜元的二元或三元亞烷基橋;(5)一種式II化合物,其中R3是未取代或R4取代的C1-C4烷基,優(yōu)選未取代的C1-C2烷基;(6)一種式II化合物,其中R4是未取代或取代芳基或雜芳基,取代基可選自鹵素、NO2、CN、C1-C4烷基、C3-C6環(huán)烷基、C1-C4烷氧基和C1-C4烷基硫基,優(yōu)選未取代芳基;(7)一種式II化合物,其中R6是未取代或R8取代的C1-C4烷基、芳基、雜芳基、SR7、(亞烷基)SH或(亞烷基)SR7,優(yōu)選芳基、R8取代的C1-C4烷基或SR7,特別是R8取代的C1-C2烷基,或者尤其是芳基;(8)一種式II的化合物,其中R7是未取代或R4取代的烷基、芳基、雜芳基或式III基團(tuán),尤其是式III基團(tuán),
其中X、Y、Z、R1和R2已在式II中定義。
(9)一種式II化合物,其中R8是芳基或雜芳基,其可以是未取代的也可以是取代的,其取代基可選自鹵素、NO2、CN、C1-C4烷基、C3-C6環(huán)烷基、C1-C4烷氧基或C1-C4烷基硫基,特別是未取代芳基。
根據(jù)本發(fā)明,尤其優(yōu)選的是實(shí)施例中提到的式II化合物。
以通常的方式實(shí)施此前和此后描述的反應(yīng),例如在不存在或通常存在一種合適的溶劑或稀釋劑或者其混合物的情況下,若有必要可在冷卻、室溫下或加熱下,例如在約-80℃到反應(yīng)介質(zhì)沸點(diǎn)的溫度范圍內(nèi),優(yōu)選大約為-20℃至150℃,并且若有必要,則在一密閉容器內(nèi),加壓下,惰性氣體氣氛下和/或在無(wú)水條件下進(jìn)行。特別有利的反應(yīng)條件可從實(shí)施例中分辨出。
此前和此后所列的用于制備該化合物I的起始原料是已知的,視情況可使用其游離形式或者其鹽,如果是新化合物,可以通過(guò)已知的方法制備,例如可根據(jù)以下說(shuō)明制備。變形a)合適的鹵化劑例如是單質(zhì)氯氣、漂白水、聚二氯化硫、二氯化硫、三氯化磷、五氯化磷或這些化合物中兩種或兩種以上化合物的混合物,優(yōu)選單質(zhì)氯氣、漂白水、二氯化硫或其中兩種化合物的混合物,特別優(yōu)選漂白水的單質(zhì)氯氣。
該反應(yīng)各成員可相互反應(yīng),而不必添加溶劑或稀釋劑,但是若添加了一種溶劑或一種稀釋劑或其混合物將有利于反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行,在這種情況下其添加量不起關(guān)鍵作用。這樣的溶劑或稀釋劑的實(shí)例是水;醇類,如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、異丙醇、丁醇,乙二醇或甘油;芳香族、脂肪族和脂環(huán)族烴類以及氯化烴,如苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,3,5-三甲基苯、1,2,3,4-四氫化萘、氯苯、二氯苯、溴苯、石油醚、己烷、環(huán)己烷、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、二氯乙烷、三氯乙烷或四氯乙烷;醚,如二乙醚、二丙醚、二異丙醚、二丁醚、叔丁基甲基醚、乙二醇單甲基醚、乙二醇單乙醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二甲氧基二乙醚、四氫呋喃或二噁烷;酰胺,如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二乙基甲酰胺,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,N-甲基吡咯烷酮或六甲基磷酰三胺;腈,如乙腈或丙腈;以及亞砜(sulphoxide),如二甲基亞砜。該反應(yīng)優(yōu)選在氯化烴,特別是在二氯甲烷或氯苯的存在下進(jìn)行。大約在-20℃-+180℃,優(yōu)選大約在0℃-+80℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),在一些情況下,反應(yīng)溫度在室溫到反應(yīng)混合物回流溫度之間時(shí),有利于該反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行。
在優(yōu)選的變形a)的實(shí)施方案中,在-10℃-+40℃,優(yōu)選在0℃下,化合物II與一種氯化劑,優(yōu)選漂白水反應(yīng)。
優(yōu)選該反應(yīng)在大氣壓下進(jìn)行。
反應(yīng)時(shí)間不是關(guān)鍵因素;優(yōu)選給出的反應(yīng)時(shí)間為0.1-48小時(shí),特別是0.5-24小時(shí)。
用通常的方法分離產(chǎn)品,例如可通過(guò)過(guò)濾、結(jié)晶、蒸餾或色譜法或者這些方法的任意合適的組合。
產(chǎn)率通常很好。變形b1)化合物IV中合適的離去基團(tuán)X1可以例如是羥基、C1-C8烷氧基、鹵代C1-C8烷氧基、C1-C8烷醇氧基、巰基、C1-C8烷基硫基、鹵代-C1-C8烷基硫基、C1-C8鏈烷烴磺酰氧、鹵代C1-C8烷烴磺酰氧、苯磺酰氧、甲苯磺酰氧和鹵素,優(yōu)選甲苯磺酰氧、三氟甲烷磺酰氧和鹵素,特別是鹵素。
對(duì)反應(yīng)有促進(jìn)作用的合適的堿可例如是堿金屬或堿土金屬氫氧化物、氫化物、氨化物、鏈烷醇鹽、乙酸鹽、碳酸鹽、二烷基氨化物或烷基甲硅烷基氨化物、烷基胺、亞烷基二胺、游離的或N-烷基化的飽和或不飽和環(huán)烷基胺,堿性雜環(huán)、氫氧化銨以及碳環(huán)胺。實(shí)例為氫氧化鈉、氫化鈉、氨基鈉、甲醇鈉、乙酸鈉、碳酸鈉、叔丁醇鉀、氫氧化鉀、碳酸鉀、氫化鉀、二異丙基氨基鋰、雙(三甲基甲硅烷基)氨基鉀、氫化鈣、三乙胺、二異丙基乙胺、三乙二胺、環(huán)己胺、N-環(huán)己基-N,N-二甲胺、N,N-二乙基苯胺、吡啶、4-(N,N-二甲基氨基)吡啶,奎寧環(huán)、N-甲基嗎啉,氫氧化苯甲基三甲基銨以及1,5-二氮雙雜環(huán)[5,4,0]十一碳-5-烯(DBU)。
該反應(yīng)中的各成員可在不添加溶劑或稀釋劑的條件下相互反應(yīng),例如在熔融態(tài)下。但是在大多數(shù)情況下,添加一種溶劑或一種稀釋劑或其混合物有利于反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行。這樣的溶劑或稀釋劑的實(shí)例為水;芳香族,脂肪族和脂環(huán)烴類以及鹵化烴,如苯、甲苯、二甲苯,1,3,5-三甲基苯、1,2,3,4-四氫化萘、氯苯、二氯苯、溴苯、石油醚、己烷、環(huán)己烷、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳,二氯乙烷、三氯乙烷或四氯乙烷;酯,如乙酸乙酯;醚,如二乙醚、二丙醚、二異丙醚、二丁醚、叔丁基甲基醚、乙二醇單甲醚、乙二醇單乙醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二甲氧基二乙基醚、四氫呋喃或二噁烷;酮,如丙酮、甲基乙基酮或甲基異丁基酮;醇、如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、異丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇或甘油;酰胺,如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二乙基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮或六甲基膦酰三胺;腈,如乙腈或丙腈;以及亞砜,如二甲基亞砜。若該反應(yīng)在一種堿的存在下進(jìn)行,而且使用的如三乙胺、吡啶,N-甲基嗎啉或N,N-二乙基苯胺的堿過(guò)量時(shí),其也可以用作溶劑或稀釋劑。
該反應(yīng)也可在非均勻兩相混合物中進(jìn)行,例如一種有機(jī)溶劑和一種堿性水溶液的混合物,若有必要可存在一種相轉(zhuǎn)移催化劑,如冠醚或四烴基銨鹽。
在大約0℃-180℃,優(yōu)選大約10℃-80℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)有利于該反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行,在許多情況下,反應(yīng)溫度介于室溫和反應(yīng)混合物的回流溫度之間時(shí)有利于反應(yīng)進(jìn)行。
在變形b1)優(yōu)選的實(shí)施方案中,在0℃-120℃,優(yōu)選20℃-80℃,特別是60℃-80℃的溫度,在一種酰胺,優(yōu)選N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,化合物IV與化合物V反應(yīng)。
優(yōu)選該反應(yīng)在大氣壓下進(jìn)行。
反應(yīng)時(shí)間不是關(guān)鍵因素;優(yōu)選給出的反應(yīng)時(shí)間為0.1-48小時(shí),尤其是0.5-24小時(shí)。
用常規(guī)方法分離出產(chǎn)品,常規(guī)方法例如可為過(guò)濾、結(jié)晶、蒸餾或色譜或這些方法的任意的合適的組合。
所得產(chǎn)率通常很好。變形b2)合適的鹵化劑例如變形a)中所述的種類。

在大約-20℃-+180℃,優(yōu)選大約0℃-+80℃的溫度范圍下有利于該反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行,在許多情況下,溫度在室溫和反應(yīng)混合物的回流溫度之間時(shí)有利于反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行。
在變形b2)優(yōu)選的實(shí)施方案中,在-10℃-+40℃,優(yōu)選在0℃,化合物II與一種氯化劑反應(yīng),優(yōu)選氯化劑為單質(zhì)氯氣或漂白水。
優(yōu)選該反應(yīng)在大氣壓下進(jìn)行。
反應(yīng)時(shí)間不是關(guān)鍵因素;優(yōu)選給出的反應(yīng)時(shí)間為0.1-48小時(shí),尤其是0.5-24小時(shí)。
用通常方法,例如過(guò)濾、結(jié)晶、蒸餾或色譜或這些方法任意合適的組合分離出產(chǎn)品。
所得產(chǎn)率通常很好。
在各種情況下,新的起始原料或中間產(chǎn)品以游離形式或者作為其鹽,根據(jù)本發(fā)明分別用于制備式I、II、IV或VII的化合物或者它們的鹽,它們的制備方法以及其作為制備化合物I、II、IV或VII的起始原料或中間產(chǎn)品的使用也形成本發(fā)明主題的一部分。
化合物II可例如變形b1)中描述的方法制備。
式IV化合物的制備,例如可通過(guò)將已知的式VI化合物
與分子式如R6X2的化合物反應(yīng),其中R6具有如式II中的含義,而X2是離去基團(tuán),接下來(lái),與分子式為QX1的化合物反應(yīng),其中Q是一個(gè)酸性基團(tuán),例如優(yōu)選無(wú)機(jī)酸官能團(tuán)如特別為SO2X1,X1的含義已在式IV中闡明,得到式IV化合物,其中n為0,如果需要,可用一種氧化劑如特別為過(guò)氧化氫,將其進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)化為式IV化合物,其中n是1或2。
式IV化合物例如也可通過(guò)將式VII化合物,
其中R6具有如式II中的含義,與分子式為QX1的化合物反應(yīng)而獲得,其中Q是一個(gè)酸性基團(tuán),優(yōu)選一種無(wú)機(jī)酸性基團(tuán)如SO2X1,且X1的含義已在式II中給出,以得到式IV化合物,其中n是0,并且如果需要,可將式IV化合物(n為0)進(jìn)一步與一種氧化劑如過(guò)氧化氫反應(yīng),以得到式IV化合物,其中n是1或2。
式VII化合物例如可通過(guò)式VI化合物與式如R6X2的化合物反應(yīng)得到,其中R6的含義已在式II的說(shuō)明中給出,且X2是一個(gè)離去基團(tuán),優(yōu)選該反應(yīng)在一種堿的存在下進(jìn)行。
本發(fā)明涉及該方法的所有這些實(shí)施方案,它們是以從該方法任意階段中得到的起始原料或中間產(chǎn)品為基礎(chǔ),并且在該方法中實(shí)施了所有的或部分缺省步驟或者在其中使用了一種起始原料或者尤其是在該反應(yīng)條件下形成了一種衍生物或鹽的形式和/或其消旋物或?qū)τ丑w。
本發(fā)明尤其涉及實(shí)施例H1-H8中描述的方法。
接下來(lái)的實(shí)施例更詳細(xì)地描述了本發(fā)明,它們并沒(méi)有限制本發(fā)明。溫度以攝氏度表示。除非另外指出,百分?jǐn)?shù)均代表“重量百分?jǐn)?shù)”。
實(shí)施例實(shí)施例H12-苯甲硫基-5-氯甲基噻唑(表1中化合物號(hào)1.9)將3.2g的2-苯甲硫基-5-亞甲基-4H-噻唑啉溶于50ml的二氯甲烷中,然后邊攪拌邊加入0.9g的粉末狀碳酸氫鈉。接下來(lái)將該混合物在冰浴中冷卻,逐滴加入溶于5ml二氯甲烷中的1.92g的磺酰氯后,繼續(xù)攪拌45分鐘。過(guò)濾該反應(yīng)混合物,將濾液蒸發(fā),并將剩余物用石油醚重結(jié)晶,得到1.4g的標(biāo)題化合物晶體,熔點(diǎn)57℃-58℃。實(shí)施例H23-(2-苯甲硫基噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪(表2中化合物號(hào)2.9)把0.8g的2-苯甲硫基-5-氯甲基噻唑,0.35g的3-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪和0.8g的粉末狀碳酸鉀在40ml的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中混合,然后將該混合物在60℃攪拌2小時(shí)。過(guò)濾該反應(yīng)混合物,減壓下蒸發(fā)濾液,且將剩余物用二乙醚/異丙醇(5∶1)浸提,得到0.6g的標(biāo)題化合物晶體熔點(diǎn)140-145℃(分解)。實(shí)施例H33-(2-氯噻唑-5-基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪(表11中化合物號(hào)11.1)
把2g的3-(2-苯甲硫基噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪溶于10ml的4N的鹽酸水溶液、20g冰和30ml的二氯甲烷的混合物中,然后在攪拌下逐滴加入30g的漂白水。繼續(xù)攪拌30分鐘后,分離出有機(jī)相,用少量二氯甲烷分幾次提取水相,接下來(lái)將合并的有機(jī)相用硫酸鈉干燥,在減壓下蒸發(fā)。將油質(zhì)剩余物溶于四氫呋喃中并用己烷沉積,由此,產(chǎn)品如一種粘性物質(zhì)沉積于容器壁上。將溶劑傾倒出,把剩余物再次溶于四氫呋喃中,然后將該溶液慢慢地濃縮,得到0.84g的標(biāo)題化合物的半結(jié)晶樹(shù)脂。該樹(shù)脂試樣用色譜純化[硅膠;二氯甲烷/甲醇(95∶5)],得到的晶體熔點(diǎn)132-135℃。實(shí)施例H43-(2-氯噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪(表11中化合物號(hào)11.1)5分鐘內(nèi),攪拌下在300g鹽酸水溶液(32%)和150g氯苯混合物中加入183g5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-3-(2-苯硫代噻唑-5-基甲基)-全氫化-1,3,5-二嗪。然后在20-25℃、4小時(shí)內(nèi)向該混合物中通入124g的氯氣。持續(xù)攪拌2小時(shí)后,通入氮?dú)獬ミ^(guò)量氯氣,分離水相(含標(biāo)題化合物的鹽酸化物),用氫氧化鈉水溶液(30%)調(diào)節(jié)至pH5。過(guò)濾該晶狀沉淀,用水洗,在50℃真空干燥,得到132g的標(biāo)題化合物(純度97%),熔點(diǎn)132-135℃。實(shí)施例H53-(2-氯噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪(表11中化合物號(hào)11.1)5分鐘內(nèi),在300g鹽酸水溶液(32%)和150g氯苯混合物中,攪拌下加入186g的3-(2-環(huán)己基硫代噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪,然后在20-25℃,4小時(shí)內(nèi)向該混合物通入124g的氯氣。再攪拌2小時(shí)后,通入氮?dú)獬ザ嘤嗟穆葰猓⑺?含該標(biāo)題化合物的鹽酸化物)分離出,用氫氧化鈉水溶液(30%)調(diào)至pH5。將該晶狀沉淀過(guò)濾出來(lái),用水洗,并50℃真空干燥,得到135g標(biāo)題化合物(純度97%),熔點(diǎn)132-135℃。實(shí)施例H63-(2-氯噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪(表11中化合物號(hào)11.1)在300g鹽酸水溶液(32%)和150g氯苯的混合物中,在5分鐘內(nèi),邊攪拌邊加入190g的3-(2-苯甲硫基噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-4-硝基亞氨基-全氫化-1,3,5-噁二嗪,然后在20-25℃,4個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)向該混合物中通入124g氯氣。再攪拌2小時(shí)后,通入氮?dú)獬ミ^(guò)量的氯氣,并分離出水相(含該標(biāo)題化合物的鹽酸化物),并用氫氧化鈉水溶液(30%)將其調(diào)至pH5。過(guò)濾出該晶狀沉淀,用水洗后,在50℃真空干燥,得到120g的標(biāo)題化合物(純度97%),熔點(diǎn)132-135℃。實(shí)施例H72-苯甲硫基-5-亞甲基-4H-噻唑啉(表1a中化合物號(hào)1.8)將由6.5g的5-亞甲基-2-硫代-噻唑啉,17.3g的粉末狀碳酸鉀,9.4g的苯甲基溴和200ml(的乙腈組成的混合物在65℃攪拌1小時(shí)后,冷卻到室溫,然后過(guò)濾。將濾液在真空下蒸干。剩余物通過(guò)色譜純化[硅膠己烷/二乙醚(1∶1)],得到7.7g的標(biāo)題化合物的無(wú)色油。實(shí)施例H8類似于實(shí)施例H1-H7中描述的方法,也可制備出表1-13中所列的其它化合物。這些表中“物理參數(shù)”這一欄中所述的溫度在所有情況下均表示各自化合物的熔點(diǎn);“decomp”意味著分解。表1

其中X是CH或N,Y是NO2或CN,Z是CHR3、O、NR3或S,R1和R2可以各自獨(dú)立地是H或者未取代或R4取代的烷基,也可以合在一起是二或三元亞烷基橋或者是其中一元被選自NR5、O或S的雜元取代的二或三元亞烷基橋,R3是H或者未取代或R4取代的烷基,R4是未取代或取代芳基或雜芳基,以及R5是H或烷基。該方法包括a)將式II化合物與一種氯化劑反應(yīng),或者
其中X、Y、Z、R1和R2的定義如式I,n是0、1或2,R6是未取代或R8取代的烷基、未取代或R8取代的鏈烯基、未取代或R8取代的炔基、環(huán)烷基、未取代或取代芳基、雜芳基、SR7、(亞烷基)SH或(亞烷基)SR7,R7是未取代或R4取代的烷基、未取代或R4取代的鏈烯基、未取代或R4取代的炔基、環(huán)烷基、未取代或取代的芳基、雜芳基或者一個(gè)式III的基團(tuán),
