背景技術(shù):
口腔醫(yī)學領(lǐng)域有一個重要概念稱為“牙體軸向聚合度”,是指當需要進行固定義齒修復時需先將牙齒制備成一定的形態(tài),其中與牙體長軸相平行的軸面的延長線在頜向的夾角為軸向集合度,也就是聚合度。此角度對修復體的固位效果有直接影響,一般認為它在2-6度之間最為理想,但由于口內(nèi)牙體預備的實際困難,總體聚合度在20度以內(nèi)也是可以接受的。一般量角器可測量角度為180度,對于牙科來說涉及角度過大,且精度不夠。
發(fā)明內(nèi)容
本實用新型就是要解決一般量角器在測量牙體軸向聚合度過程中存在的角度過大,精度不夠,操作不便的問題。

具體實施方式

牙體軸向角度量角器的具體設定方法取一點為中心點,并以此為中心畫出垂直線1和水平線2兩條射線,在水平線條線2距中心點6-12厘米處再畫一條與之垂直的垂直向線3,線3與線1同向且平行,以中心點為圓心,線1為0度線,線2為90度線,畫與線1呈30度或6度的線4,線4與線3的交點設為點1,以點1為起點畫水平線條,與線1垂直相交于點2,由點2向中心點方向量取6-12厘米,為點3,由點3為起點畫水平線,與線3相交于點4,連接4個點的矩形既為本量角器正面的圖形范圍,再以中心點為圓心,線1為0度線,在線1與線4之間以每1度或每0.2度畫一條射線,畫出1-29度相應線條,完成垂直向31條刻度線,每條刻度線均與矩形的兩條水平線均相交,確定刻度線之后將6-12厘米范圍之外的部分舍棄,留矩形范圍之內(nèi)的區(qū)域既完成量角器的正面或反面設定。
使用方法將牙體軸面之間的關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)移到口外,將量角器的一條垂直軸線與轉(zhuǎn)移設備中的一條臂相重疊,在水平方向上左右移動轉(zhuǎn)移角度設備,至轉(zhuǎn)移設備的另一條臂與任意一條角度刻度線重合,此時刻度讀數(shù)就代表轉(zhuǎn)移設備中兩條臂之間的角度。
