背景技術(shù):
本發(fā)明是按照與能源部簽定的No.DE-FC21-95MC31176合同,在政府的支持下完成的。
本發(fā)明涉及燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)級(jí)的渦輪葉片,尤其涉及第1級(jí)渦輪葉片的翼面輪廓。
近年來,先進(jìn)的燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)趨向于提高燃燒溫度并努力改進(jìn)渦輪各個(gè)零部件的冷卻條件。在受讓人的一個(gè)特定的燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中,正在開發(fā)一種采用蒸汽和空氣聯(lián)合冷卻,聯(lián)合循環(huán)效率達(dá)到60%的大功率燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)。人們將會(huì)認(rèn)識(shí)到這種渦輪葉片的設(shè)計(jì)和制造,尤其是該渦輪的第1級(jí)渦輪的葉片的設(shè)計(jì)和制造需要最優(yōu)化的氣動(dòng)力學(xué)效率以及葉片的氣動(dòng)力學(xué)負(fù)荷及機(jī)械負(fù)荷。另外,高壓渦輪的幾個(gè)級(jí)之間的互相影響也是一個(gè)因素。
發(fā)明概述按照本發(fā)明的一個(gè)實(shí)施例,為一個(gè)渦輪級(jí),最好為第一級(jí)渦輪提供一種獨(dú)特的渦輪葉片翼面輪廓,它可以由一些點(diǎn)的獨(dú)特的軌跡來限定以按照負(fù)荷需求達(dá)到所需的效率,因此而改進(jìn)渦輪的性能。要知道,由表1的X、Y、Z坐標(biāo)給出的名義輪廓線限定了這些點(diǎn)的獨(dú)特的軌跡。表1中給出的坐標(biāo)是相對(duì)冷態(tài)的,即相對(duì)于這些葉片的幾個(gè)斷面的室溫輪廓。每一個(gè)所確定的斷面與相鄰的斷面平滑地連接以形成完整的翼面形狀。還要知道,隨著在使用中葉片溫度升高,該輪廓將隨溫度和應(yīng)力的變化而變化。這樣,冷態(tài)或室溫下的輪廓是由X,Y,Z坐標(biāo)所給出,以便制造、加工。因?yàn)榧庸ず蟮娜~片翼面形狀可能與下表中給出的名義翼面輪廓有所不同,在沿名義輪廓的垂直于任何表面位置的方向上離名義輪廓±0.100英寸的距離,它包含任何涂層工藝,限定了這種設(shè)計(jì)的輪廓包絡(luò)面。
還應(yīng)知道,該翼面可按幾何比例放大或縮小,以應(yīng)用于其他類似的渦輪設(shè)計(jì)。因此,以下給出的名義翼面輪廓的X,Y,Z坐標(biāo)是同一常數(shù)或數(shù)字的函數(shù)。也即表中所給出的X,Y,Z坐標(biāo)值可被乘以或除以同一常數(shù)或數(shù)字而得到按比例放大的或縮小的葉片翼面輪廓模式,而同時(shí)保持翼面斷面形狀。

附圖簡(jiǎn)述
圖1是一個(gè)渦輪葉片的側(cè)視圖,它包括按照本發(fā)明而制造的一個(gè)翼面、根部和燕尾部分;圖2是一個(gè)透視圖;圖3是沿徑向方向向內(nèi)看的葉片放大端視圖;圖4是該葉片的透視圖;圖5是該葉片的軸向視圖;圖6是圖5中所示葉片的放大圖;圖7是該葉片的翼面輪廓的示意圖;圖8是具有采用這些葉片的1級(jí)渦輪葉輪的渦輪示意圖。
本發(fā)明的詳細(xì)說明現(xiàn)在參看附圖,尤其圖1和圖2,它們表示了一個(gè)按照本發(fā)明制造的渦輪葉片,包括安裝在平臺(tái)12上的翼面10,而這個(gè)平臺(tái)座則由根部14所支撐。根部14的徑向內(nèi)端支撐一個(gè)將該葉片連接到渦輪葉輪上(圖中未顯出)的燕尾榫16。葉片10、平臺(tái)12、和燕尾榫16集中地稱為一個(gè)葉片,總的標(biāo)以17。翼面10具有復(fù)合曲率,分別具有負(fù)壓側(cè)18和壓力側(cè)20。象通常那樣,燕尾部分16與渦輪葉輪上的燕尾形槽相匹配,并且若干葉片,最好是60片葉片圍繞葉輪和渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子軸線沿圓周間隔排列。另外,在葉柄14的軸向的前后側(cè)形成葉輪間隙密封件22,即角形翼。最好,該葉片與冷卻通道,最好為蒸汽冷卻通道整體鑄造,這些通道(未示),通向包括翼面10的葉片的內(nèi)部。
現(xiàn)在參看圖2,圖中表示了在表1中給出的X,Y,Z值笛卡兒坐標(biāo)系。該笛卡兒坐標(biāo)系具有互正交的X,Y,Z軸,Z軸垂直于包含X和Y值的平面延伸。Z距離以翼面徑向最內(nèi)端的氣動(dòng)力學(xué)斷面處的X,Y平面上的零點(diǎn)為其始點(diǎn)。Z軸平行于渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子中心線,即轉(zhuǎn)軸。在確定了在垂直于X,Y平面的Z方向上的選定位置處的X,Y坐標(biāo)值以后,翼面10的輪廓線就可以確定了。把X,Y值用平滑、連續(xù)的弧線連接起來,在每個(gè)距離Z處的每個(gè)輪廓斷面就能確定了。在每?jī)蓚€(gè)距離Z之間的各個(gè)表面位置處的表面輪廓互相平滑連接以形成該翼面。表1中給出的數(shù)值是以英寸為單位,并代表了在環(huán)境溫度時(shí)、非運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)條件或非熱態(tài)下的翼面輪廓,并且是不含有涂層的翼面。符號(hào)通常指定Z值為正值,而X和Y坐標(biāo)值為正值和負(fù)值,如同通常在笛卡兒坐標(biāo)系中所使用的。
雖然表1中的值是四位數(shù),但是按制造的局限來看,適于成形翼面的實(shí)際有效數(shù)值只要三位數(shù)即足夠了。另外,在翼面的實(shí)際輪廓中還必須考慮通常的制造公差以及葉片表面的涂層。因此,表1中所給出的值是適用于葉片的名義翼面的。因此要知道,要把±制造公差,即正,負(fù)值及冷卻厚度加到表1中給出的X,Y數(shù)值上。因此,沿翼面輪廓垂直于任何表面位置的方向上的±0.100英寸的距離限定了該渦輪特定的葉片設(shè)計(jì)的翼面輪廓的包絡(luò)面。
表1中給出的坐標(biāo)值提供了優(yōu)選的名義輪廓包絡(luò)面。

現(xiàn)在參看圖8,表示了一個(gè)渦輪,其中可采用被限定的渦輪葉片翼面。在所顯示的渦輪中,渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子,標(biāo)號(hào)為40,包括安裝了葉片的轉(zhuǎn)子葉輪42,而這葉片與定子葉片柵一起,形成了轉(zhuǎn)子的各個(gè)級(jí)。尤其是,第1級(jí)46包括一個(gè)第1級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子葉輪44,在它上面的葉片17具有翼面10,葉片17與第1級(jí)定子葉片48對(duì)置。還應(yīng)知道若干翼面10是在第1級(jí)葉輪44的圓周上間隔排列的,因此在這情況下,在第1級(jí)葉輪44上安裝了60個(gè)葉片。
