背景技術(shù):
在燃?xì)鉁u輪機(jī)中,在燃?xì)鉁u輪機(jī)的流動路徑段的每個級應(yīng)該滿足許 多系統(tǒng)要求以滿足設(shè)計目標(biāo)。這些設(shè)計目標(biāo)包括,但不限于,總體改善 的效率和翼片負(fù)荷能力。例如,且決不作為對本發(fā)明的限制,壓縮機(jī)定 子的葉片應(yīng)該達(dá)到特定級的熱和機(jī)械方面的運(yùn)行要求。此外,例如,且 決不作為對本發(fā)明的限制,壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的葉片應(yīng)該達(dá)到特定級的熱和機(jī) 械方面的運(yùn)4于要求。
發(fā)明內(nèi)容
依照本發(fā)明的一個示范性的方面,制造制品具有大致依照表l中列
出的笛卡兒坐標(biāo)值X、 Y和Z的標(biāo)稱型面。其中X和Y為英寸距離,當(dāng) 通過平滑連續(xù)弧線將它們連接時,其在每個英寸距離Z處限定翼片型面 段。在所述Z距離處的型面段彼此平滑地連接以形成完整的翼片形狀。
依照本發(fā)明的另一示范性的方面,提供了一種包括壓縮機(jī)輪的壓縮 機(jī)。該壓縮機(jī)輪具有多個制造制品。每個制造制品包括具有翼片形狀的 翼片。翼片包括大致依照表1中列出的笛卡兒坐標(biāo)值X、 Y和Z的標(biāo)稱 型面,其中X和Y為英寸距離,當(dāng)通過平滑連續(xù)弧線將它們連接時, 其在每個英寸距離Z處限定翼片型面段。在所述Z距離處的型面段彼此 平滑地連接以形成完整的翼片形狀。

整的翼片形狀。

具體實施例方式
現(xiàn)在參見附圖,圖1示出了包括多個壓縮機(jī)級的燃?xì)鉁u輪機(jī)壓縮機(jī) 2的軸向壓縮機(jī)流動路徑1。壓縮才幾級在圖中順序標(biāo)記。壓縮機(jī)流動路 徑可包括任何數(shù)量的轉(zhuǎn)子級和定子級,例如18。然而,轉(zhuǎn)子和定子級的 精確數(shù)量是工程設(shè)計的選擇。如本發(fā)明所實施的,能夠在燃燒室中提供 任何數(shù)量的轉(zhuǎn)子級和定子級。17個轉(zhuǎn)子級僅是一個示范性的渦輪機(jī)設(shè) 計。18個轉(zhuǎn)子級并不意味以任何方式限制本發(fā)明。
壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子葉片將動能傳遞給空氣流且因此獲得流經(jīng)壓縮機(jī)的所 希望的壓力上升。緊接在轉(zhuǎn)子翼片后面的是定子翼片級。轉(zhuǎn)子翼片和定 子翼片都使得空氣流轉(zhuǎn)向,(在各自的翼片參考系中)減緩空氣流速度, 且產(chǎn)生空氣流的靜壓力的上升。在本發(fā)明的其他所希望的方面中,翼片 的構(gòu)造(連同其與周圍的翼片的相互作用)及其周向表面對于級空氣流 效率而言提供了改善的空氣力學(xué)、從級到級的平滑層流、減小的熱應(yīng) 力、改善的級的相互關(guān)系以有效地使得從空氣流在級間流通、以及減小 的機(jī)械應(yīng)力。典型地,多排轉(zhuǎn)子/定子級疊置在軸向流動壓縮機(jī)中以達(dá)到 希望的排出-進(jìn)入的壓力比。轉(zhuǎn)子翼片和定子翼片能夠借助合適的接附構(gòu)
造從而固定到轉(zhuǎn)子輪或者定子殼體上,例如通常已知的"4艮部"、"基
部,,或者"榫接部,,(參見圖2-5)。
壓縮機(jī)2的級在圖1中示范性地圖示。壓縮機(jī)2的級包括多個周向 間隔的安裝在轉(zhuǎn)子輪51上的轉(zhuǎn)子葉片22和多個周向間隔的接附到靜態(tài) 壓縮機(jī)殼體59上的定子葉片23。每個轉(zhuǎn)子輪接附到后驅(qū)動軸58上,其 連接到發(fā)動機(jī)的渦輪機(jī)段上。轉(zhuǎn)子葉片和定子葉片位于壓縮機(jī)的流動路 徑1中。如本發(fā)明實施的,流經(jīng)壓縮才幾流動路徑1的空氣流的方向由箭 頭60所示(參見圖1 )。壓縮機(jī)2的所述級僅作為本發(fā)明范圍內(nèi)的壓縮 機(jī)2的級的示范。所示的和所述的壓縮才幾2的級并不意"木以任何方式限 制本發(fā)明。
轉(zhuǎn)子葉片22安裝在形成后驅(qū)動軸58的一部分的轉(zhuǎn)子輪51上。如 圖2-6圖示的,每個轉(zhuǎn)子葉片22設(shè)置有平臺61和大致軸向或者接近軸 向進(jìn)入的榫接部62,其用于與轉(zhuǎn)子輪51上的互補(bǔ)形狀的配合榫接部(未 示出的)連接。然而,如本發(fā)明實施的,軸向進(jìn)入的榫接部可以設(shè)置有 翼片型面部分。如圖2-6中圖示的,每個轉(zhuǎn)子葉片22包括轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片 63。這樣,在翼片的總體形狀中從平臺61的中點處的翼片根部64到轉(zhuǎn) 子葉片末端65的任何截面處,每個轉(zhuǎn)子葉片22具有轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片型面 (airfoil profile) 66 (參見圖6 )。
為了限定轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片的翼片形狀,提供了空間中獨特的點的集合 或者軌跡。該獨特的點的集合或者軌跡滿足級的要求,從而使得所述級 能夠制造。獨特的點軌跡也滿足希望的對于級效率和減小的熱和機(jī)械應(yīng) 力的要求。點的軌跡借助使壓縮機(jī)能夠以有效、安全和平穩(wěn)的方式運(yùn)行 的空氣動力負(fù)荷和機(jī)械負(fù)荷之間的迭代得到。
如本發(fā)明實施的,該軌跡限定轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片型面,且可包括相對于 發(fā)動機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)軸線的點集合。例如,能夠提供點集合以限定轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼 片型面。
在下表中給出的笛卡兒坐標(biāo)系X、 Y和Z數(shù)值限定出轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片 在沿其長度的不同位置處的型面。如本發(fā)明實施的,發(fā)現(xiàn)該翼片能夠作 為第3級翼片轉(zhuǎn)子葉片得到應(yīng)用。X、 Y和Z坐標(biāo)的坐標(biāo)值以英寸列出, 盡管當(dāng)這些數(shù)值適當(dāng)?shù)剞D(zhuǎn)換時可以使用其它的尺寸單位。這些值不包括 平臺的圓角區(qū)。笛卡兒坐標(biāo)系具有正交相關(guān)的X、 Y和Z軸線。如用于 轉(zhuǎn)子的圖7和用于定子的圖8中圖示,X軸線平行于壓縮機(jī)葉片的榫接
部軸線,其與發(fā)動機(jī)中心線成一角度。正的x坐標(biāo)值為軸向向后,例如
朝向壓縮機(jī)的排氣端。正的Y坐標(biāo)值定向成垂直于榫接部軸線。正的Z 坐標(biāo)值對于轉(zhuǎn)子葉片定向為徑向向外朝翼片的末端,該末端朝向壓縮機(jī) l 、 口 、 口 口口 、、 -
如圖5中圖示,僅用于參考目的,穿過沿疊置軸線的翼片和平臺的 交叉處建立點-0。在翼片的示范性的實施例中,點-0定義為參考段,其 中上表的Z坐標(biāo)為0.000英寸,其為離開發(fā)動機(jī)或者轉(zhuǎn)子中心線的設(shè)定
的事先確定的距離。
通過在垂直于X、 Y平面的Z方向上的選定位置處定義X和Y坐 標(biāo)值,能夠確定在沿翼片長度的每個Z距離處轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片的型面段, 例如但不限于圖6中的型面段66。通過用平滑連續(xù)弧線連接X和Y值, 能夠固定在每個距離Z處的每個型面段66。在距離Z之間的不同表面 位置的翼片型面通過平滑地彼此連接相鄰的型面^殳66來決定,從而形 成翼片型面。這些數(shù)值代表在周圍環(huán)境中的、未運(yùn)行的、或者非熱條件 下的翼片型面并且用于未涂敷的翼片。
表格數(shù)值產(chǎn)生且顯示到3個小數(shù)位以便確定翼片的型面。存在典型 的制造公差以及涂層,這在實際翼片型面中需要考慮。因此,對于型面 給定的邀:值是對于標(biāo)稱翼片(nominal akfoil)而言的。因此可以理解, +/-典型制造公差例如+/-值以及任何涂層厚度可添加到X和Y值中。因 此,在垂直于沿翼片型面的任何表面位置的方向上的大約+/-0.160英寸
的距離限定出用于轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片結(jié)構(gòu)和壓縮機(jī)的翼片型面包絡(luò)線。換句 話說,如本發(fā)明實施的,在垂直于沿翼片型面的任何表面位置的方向上 大約+/-0.160英寸的距離限定出在標(biāo)稱的冷的或者室溫的實際翼片表面 上的測量點和在相同溫度下這些點的理想位置的變化范圍。如本發(fā)明實 施的,轉(zhuǎn)子葉片翼片結(jié)構(gòu)對此變化范圍是穩(wěn)定的,而不損害機(jī)械和空氣 動力功能。
下表l中給出的坐標(biāo)值提供了用于示范性的第3級翼片轉(zhuǎn)子葉片的 標(biāo)稱的型面包絡(luò)線。
